Vikalp Law Firm is hiring a Legal Associate – Court/Litigation to join its office in South Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in court hearings and litigation proceedings.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyse legal issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, senior advocates, and stakeholders.
- Provide case updates and legal insights to relevant parties.
- Support the legal team in various litigation-related matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Strong understanding of law and legal issues.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Relevant experience in litigation and court procedures is preferred.
