Details of the Job/Internship

Village Wave is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Provide legal advice on land development projects.
• Handle legal issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct legal analysis to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams on legal and compliance matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
• Strong drafting and legal document management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience in handling legal issues related to land development and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in real estate or land development law preferred.

Salary/Stipend
