Details of the Job/Internship

Virtual Admins is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to join their Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab office. They are seeking a qualified Legal Associate with a strong legal background to join their team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for reviewing legal documents and engaging with clients.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Manage procedural tasks on behalf of the Homeowners Association (HOA).
2. Draft letters, emails, and notices for HOA members.
3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining ethical interactions with clients.
4. Address client concerns by clarifying complaints, identifying root causes, proposing solutions, expediting corrections, and following up for resolution.
5. Update account information, review financial reports, prepare Board packets and annual reports, process transactions, and ensure accurate completion of all paperwork.
6. Prepare and review legal documents and provide client advisement.
7. Perform administrative and management duties as directed by the Board of Directors, including conducting board meetings and serving as a liaison between the Board and residents.

Eligibility

1. Minimum: Graduation in Law (LLB), BBA LLB, or B.Com LLB.
2. Experience: Freshers or those with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
3. Ability to work night shifts is required.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
