Details of the Job/Internship
Virtual Admins is looking for candidate for the role for a Legal Associate.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage procedural tasks on behalf of the Homeowners Association (HOA).
- Draft letters, emails, and notices for HOA members.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining ethical interactions with clients.
- Address client concerns by clarifying complaints, identifying root causes, proposing solutions, expediting corrections, and following up for resolution.
- Update account information, review financial reports, prepare Board packets and annual reports, process transactions, and ensure accurate completion of all paperwork.
- Prepare and review legal documents and provide client advisement.
- Perform administrative and management duties as directed by the Board of Directors, including conducting board meetings and serving as a liaison between the Board and residents.
Eligibility
- Minimum: Graduation in Law (LLB), BBA LLB, or B.Com LLB.
- Experience: Freshers or those with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work night shifts is required.
