The role involves working on insolvency and bankruptcy laws, corporate restructuring matters including mergers and acquisitions, and allied corporate and commercial laws.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in matters relating to insolvency and bankruptcy laws.
• Supporting corporate restructuring transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Handling work related to allied corporate and commercial laws.

Eligibility

Law graduates with 0–2 years of experience.

Salary/Stipend
