Vishvas Law Offices is hiring a Legal Associate with 0–3 years of experience to join their office in South Extension, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.
• Draft petitions, applications, and commercial agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Support corporate restructuring, including mergers and demergers.
• Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities.

Eligibility

• Law graduates with 0–3 years of experience.
• Strong interest in insolvency, restructuring, and corporate laws.
• Good drafting, research, and communication skills.
