Details of the Job/Internship
Vivriti Capital is hiring a Legal Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and offer analytical support.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support the company’s legal operations.
- Implement best practices in legal processes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- Postgraduate degree in Law (LLM) will be an added advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation, preferably from the Banking or NBFC sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in corporate legal advisory and financial services is a plus.
