Vybe Cabs is looking for candidates for the role of Legal Associate.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Document Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other related materials.
- Legal Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on legal issues, regulations, and industry standards affecting the company.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, providing guidance on legal matters as needed.
- Effective Communication: Liaise with internal teams, external counsel, and regulatory bodies to communicate legal strategies, issues, and solutions clearly and effectively.
- Support to Legal Team: Assist in managing legal projects, maintaining legal records, and providing administrative support to the legal team.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential legal risks to protect the company’s interests.
- Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving legal disputes and managing litigation, if necessary.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Proven skills in law and legal document preparation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to handle complex legal issues with professionalism.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in the legal field is preferred but not mandatory.
