Details of the Job/Internship
WeVaad is hiring a Legal Associate (Case Manager – ODR) with 1–2 years of experience to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage ODR cases from onboarding to closure.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parties, neutrals, and internal teams.
- Handle documentation, scheduling, hearings, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal processes.
- Maintain case records, reports, and dashboards.
- Assist in drafting notices, summaries, and case documentation.
- Engage with clients and support business development activities.
- Contribute to research, collaborations, and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, SLAs, and quality standards.
Eligibility
- LL.B. graduate.
- 1–2 years of experience (law firm or litigation preferred).
- Prior court appearance experience in Mumbai preferred.
- Strong organisational and case management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in arbitration, mediation, and ODR.
