J-Law Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle widerange of litigation representing corporate clients before most High Courts, Supreme Court of India,NCLT, CLAT and NGT.
- The candidate would get excellent exposure to a broad range of corporate litigation including in relation to pharma industry, FMCG, indirect taxation, food industry, service industry, real estate, etc.
Eligibility
- Experience with exposure to extensive research, drafting, assisting and arguing before Courts.
