Details of the Job/Internship
Yogayatan Group is hiring a Legal Associate with 2 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, notices, affidavits, MOUs, agreements, deeds, declarations, and POAs.
- Represent the company and attend hearings in various courts.
- Liaise with external lawyers and counsels.
- Visit government offices as required.
- Monitor and handle litigations under various laws.
- Execute tasks as directed by management and senior employees.
- Provide legal support to business functions and projects.
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and policies related to business projects.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Experience working with a Solicitor firm for at least 2 years.
- Experience attending City Civil and High Court matters.
- Willingness to travel in and outside Mumbai.
- Strong command of English and Marathi (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
- Ability to interact independently with external stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking, scheduling, and timeline adherence skills.
