Yogayatan Group is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 2 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, notices, affidavits, MOUs, agreements, deeds, declarations, and powers of attorney.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings at City Civil and High Courts.
- Liaise with external lawyers, counsels, and regulatory authorities.
- Visit and coordinate with various government departments as required.
- Monitor ongoing litigations and manage case documentation under applicable laws.
- Provide timely legal support to management and different business verticals.
- Ensure compliance by staying updated on legal and regulatory developments affecting business operations.
- Maintain schedules and manage multiple legal assignments effectively.
- Deliver clear communication in English and Marathi, both written and verbal.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal practice.
- Prior experience working with a Solicitor firm for at least 2 years.
- Hands-on experience attending matters in City Civil and High Courts.
- Willingness to travel within and outside Mumbai as needed.
- Strong command over MS Office and computer applications.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact independently with external stakeholders and government bodies.
