Details of the Job/Internship
YourDOST is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- End-to-end Contract Management.
- This role requires managing contractual documents i.e. Service Agreements/MOU/SOW/Change Requests of clients and ensuring that we are compliant contractually.
- Tenders/Bid Management.
- Ensure the timely and accurate set up of MSA and Agreement database on the systems, respond to queries, and emails, ensure that there is internal and external partner management, and operational metrics are followed and reported.
- Support the business for any legal issue in coordination with the Commercial & Legal department of the Group.
- Ensuring compliance to customer agreements for on-invoice price, and pricing overrides.
- Prepare and track the timeline and deliverables of the contracts and align it with the projects.
- Reporting & Documentation.
- Client/ Stakeholder Management.
Eligibility
- Graduate/Post Graduate from Law.
- Experience in Contract Management would be a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of Data Privacy and Data Protection.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
