Details of the Job/Internship

Yula Group is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of at least 1 year in the real estate industry to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves handling legal matters related to real estate transactions, contracts, registrations, and litigation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Title scrutiny and handling litigation matters.
• Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
• Managing registrations and responding to legal queries.
• Coordinating with customers, advocates, and bankers.
• Maintaining legal files and records.
• Conducting legal research and managing litigation with external advocates.
• Drafting property-related documents including JDA, Sale Deeds, GPA, etc.
• Handling internal legal affairs and external legal communications.
• Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and company directions.
• Evaluating land records and conducting due diligence with external lawyers.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate legal work.
• Knowledge of the Hindu Succession Act, Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, Registration Act, and RERA.
• Experience in title verification, revenue documents, and registration procedures.
• Familiarity with litigation practices and real estate legal research.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Salary/Stipend
