Details of the Job/Internship
Yum! India Global Services Private Limited is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 6–8 years to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the drafting, review, and red-lining of various corporate contracts.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for contract life cycle management.
- Organize Board and Shareholders' meetings in accordance with mandatory secretarial standards.
- Oversee and manage compliance filings on the MCA portal.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and repositories of secretarial documents.
- Manage departmental administrative matters, including vendor MIS and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and stakeholder management.
Eligibility
- LL.B. and Company Secretary (CS) preferred.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience with PCS firms, consulting firms, or closely held MNCs.
- High proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to adopt new legal tools.
- Impeccable integrity and a solution-oriented mindset.
