Details of the Job/Internship
Yuvraj Singh Law Chambers is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and draft and review contracts.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and case analysis.
- Represent clients in court and tribunal proceedings.
- Manage case files and deadlines effectively.
- Provide client consultations and updates.
- Collaborate with senior advocates and team members on legal strategies.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent degree with Bar Council enrollment.
- Proficiency in legal research and case analysis.
- Expertise in drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
- Strong litigation, court representation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of civil, criminal, corporate, and family laws.
- Prior experience in legal practice or familiarity with court procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
