Details of the Job/Internship
Zen Media LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join its Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Support identification and mitigation of contractual risks.
- Maintain contract trackers and manage agreement lifecycles.
- Draft and review media, advertising, influencer, and agency agreements.
- Review digital advertising and influencer marketing activities for legal compliance.
- Draft and review basic real estate documents.
- Support title due diligence, stamping, registration, and execution processes.
- Assist with legal notices and coordination with external counsel.
- Support corporate governance, statutory compliances, and legal record management.
- Provide practical and commercially viable legal support to internal teams.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree.
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate-commercial law.
- Exposure to media, advertising, digital contracts, or real estate documentation is preferred.
- Strong drafting, research, and contract review skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
