Details of the Job/Internship

Zeron is hiring a Corporate Legal Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, MSAs, and SaaS agreements.
• Support internal teams with legal due diligence and risk assessment.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle and maintain legal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Strengthen and streamline internal legal processes.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of corporate and contract law.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS or tech industry is a plus.
• Highly organized with a solution-oriented mindset.

Salary/Stipend
