Details of the Job/Internship

Z&M Associates is hiring two Legal Associates with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience to join their office in South Delhi. The selected candidates will work closely with seniors and contribute to various aspects of litigation and advisory work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research.
• Assist in preparing case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and case briefings.
• Assist in court proceedings, including attending hearings and other court-related work.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain effective communication with clients.
• Manage case files, coordinate with team members, and ensure timely compliances.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent drafting and research skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, proactive, and capable of working independently and in a team.

Salary/Stipend
