Details of the Job/Internship

Zolo is currently seeking a Legal Associate in Bangalore with 1 to 4 years of PQE. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply now. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on legal and compliance matters (corporate governance, contracts, IP, data privacy).
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (vendors, employees, customers).
• Update company policies and procedures for compliance.
• Identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks.
• Provide legal support for M&A and strategic initiatives.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 1-4 years of corporate law and compliance or funding-related experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian corporate law and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
