Zypp Electric is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its office in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements.
- Handle negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure contracts are compliant and risk-free.
- Prepare NDAs and other legal documentation.
Eligibility
- LLB degree (mandatory).
- 2–4 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong skills in contract drafting and negotiations.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a startup environment.
