Details of the Job/Internship
RevX Capital is hiring a Legal Associate/Junior Company Secretary to join their office in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents.
- Assist with regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
- Handle legal issues and provide analytical support.
- Conduct legal research and ensure proper documentation.
- Communicate effectively within the legal team and with external stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Company Secretaryship, or a related field.
- Strong background in law and legal document preparation.
- Analytical skills and the ability to handle legal issues.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks.
- Experience in a legal or corporate environment is a plus.
