Details of the Job/Internship

Rignàya & Associates LLP is hiring a Legal Associate – Non-Litigation (Corporate / Advisory)  to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting agreements, contracts, MOUs, and formal legal opinions.
• Conducting thorough due diligence and compliance checks.
• Providing advisory work in corporate and Intellectual Property (IP) matters.
• Supporting arbitration proceedings and commercial transactions.

Eligibility

• Law graduates with a keen interest or experience in corporate and commercial laws.
• Strong drafting and transactional legal skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex commercial agreements.

Salary/Stipend
