Details of the Job/Internship
INDALI Law Partners is hiring Legal Associates with 2–3 years of experience to join their litigation team in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and appear in civil litigation matters across courts and forums.
- Draft and review pleadings, written statements, applications, and legal opinions.
- Conduct legal research, analyze case laws, and prepare case strategies.
- Brief and coordinate with senior counsel.
- Liaise with clients, provide updates, and maintain professional relationships.
- Ensure timely filings and compliance with procedural requirements.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- 2–3 years PQE in civil litigation, preferably with experience in revenue and land matters.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to appear before courts/authorities in Delhi NCR and occasionally outside NCR.
