Details of the Job/Internship
Legal Vibes, Advocates & Solicitors is hiring Legal Associates having a PQE of 3 Years to join their office in Delhi.
- Number of Positions: 2 (two)
- PQE: 3 years
- Location: Delhi
- Qualification: BA LLB
- Area of practice – civil and commercial litigation, IBC matters, Arbitration matters, criminal matters, service matters and dispute resolution.
- Scope of work majorly involves research and drafting of SLP/ Writs/ Appeals/ Petitions/ applications/ reply/ rejoinder, etc. and appearances before courts.
- Courts - Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, High Court at Nainital, District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, NCDRC, NGT, CAT, arbitration and mediations.
- Good drafting skills
- Extensive research skills
- Must have good communication and presentation skills.
