Details of the Job/Internship
Mishra & Associates is hiring Legal Associates, ranging from practicing advocates to final-year law students, to join their practice in Cuttack.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on diverse statutes, landmark case laws, and evolving regulatory frameworks.
- Draft high-quality pleadings, Writ Petitions, affidavits, legal notices, and specialized submissions.
- Assist in case preparation and physical appearances before the Orissa High Court.
- Support the drafting and research teams for remote matters before the Bombay, Delhi, and Karnataka High Courts.
- Manage corporate and commercial documentation, including drafting complex agreements and advisory notes.
- Assist in Arbitration proceedings and represent/support matters before the NCLT.
- Prepare detailed case briefs, summaries, and maintain comprehensive digital and physical documentation.
Eligibility
- Practicing Advocates (Preferred).
- Law Graduates or Law Students (3-year or 5-year LLB course).
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting capabilities.
- Ability to handle both litigation and non-litigation assignments effectively.
