Novation Legal is hiring Legal Associates with experience of 1–4 years to join their Bangalore office on a hybrid basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Handle civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Appear in court as required.
- Coordinate advisory work in a hybrid work model.
Eligibility
- 1–4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in commercial contracts, including drafting, vetting, and negotiation.
- Experience in civil and commercial litigation.
- Strong drafting skills.
- Ability to independently handle matters.
