S.K. Lath & Co. is hiring Legal Associates with 0–2 years of experience to join their non-litigation legal practice in the real estate sector in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct scrutiny and due diligence of property/title chain documents.
• Draft and review legal/title reports.
• Vet original property papers.
• Prepare and analyze Title Search Reports (TSR).

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: LL.B.
• 0–2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Confident speaker with strong personality skills preferred.
• Candidates from Kolkata, West Bengal will be preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
