Details of the Job/Internship

The Young Jurist (TYJ) is hiring Legal Associates with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their Corporate & Commercial Laws team at the Defence Colony office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and MoUs.
• Provide regulatory advisory and manage statutory filings.
• Conduct legal checks on opinions and notices.
• Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and related documentation.
• Interpret and apply laws such as Companies Act, LMPC, FSSAI, Drugs & Cosmetics Act.
• Draft and review employment contracts under applicable labour laws.

Eligibility

• LLB with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command over corporate, commercial, and labour laws.
• Ability to apply legal reasoning and practical interpretation of law.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
