Details of the Job/Internship

Lexstone Group (Law Offices) is hiring a Legal Associate / Senior Associate with experience of 3–7 years to join their office in New Delhi and Gurgaon.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings and corporate documents.
• Conduct in-depth legal research.
• Represent clients during hearings.
• Advise clients on FEMA and real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver legal solutions.

Eligibility

• PQE of 3–7 years for criminal litigation role.
• PQE of 5–7 years for corporate role.
• Prior experience in handling criminal litigation matters including PMLA.
• Experience in drafting SHAs, SPAs, collaboration agreements, and real estate project documents.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
