Details of the Job/Internship
Restroworks is hiring a Legal Associate with 4–5 years of experience to join their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS contracts, MSAs, reseller agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and employment documents.
Work with Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR teams to support negotiations and ensure alignment.
Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries.
Manage data privacy compliance across jurisdictions, including GDPR, DPDP, and CCPA.
- Draft and update DPAs, Privacy Policies, and Terms of Service.
- Support privacy audits, maintain processing records, and handle data subject requests.
- Monitor global privacy and technology regulations and update internal policies accordingly.
- Provide day-to-day legal support, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and identify and mitigate legal risks.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience with SaaS, commercial, and technology contracts.
- Knowledge of data protection laws such as GDPR, PDPB, and CCPA.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong commercial approach and problem-solving mindset.
- High ownership, accountability, and eagerness to work in an in-house environment.
