Details of the Job/Internship
NxtWave is hiring a Legal Associate / Senior Legal Associate with 1–2+ years of experience to join their legal and compliance team in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research and support in preparing briefs and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate contractual risks.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in regulatory inquiries, audits, and filings with authorities.
- Support in corporate governance including board resolutions, minutes, and statutory records.
- Identify and help mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
- Provide support in drafting legal documents and communicating legal considerations across departments.
- Maintain statutory registers and organize meetings ensuring compliance.
- Participate in team meetings and provide general support to the legal and compliance team.
Eligibility
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- 2+ years of experience for Senior Legal Associate.
- 1+ years of in-house experience for Legal Associate.
