Details of the Job/Internship

TLC Law is hiring a Legal Associate/Trainee with experience of to join their office in Singapore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Handle case management and maintain documentation.
• Work closely with clients and provide strategic legal advice.
• Represent clients in dispute resolution and litigation processes.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) recognised in Singapore.
• Must be called and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore.
• Proficiency in legal research, legal document preparation, and handling legal issues.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex legal scenarios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in litigation, corporate restructuring, or advisory matters is preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
