Barclays is hiring a Legal Business Analyst with experience suitable to support their legal function in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end Procure-to-Pay assistance to support the Legal Function.
- Support business areas with daily processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance for senior stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends to adopt best practices in banking operations.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
- Provide specialist advice and support to stakeholders.
- Perform activities within timelines and required standards while taking ownership of tasks.
- Potentially supervise teams, allocate work and coordinate resources if assigned leadership responsibilities.
- Manage workload independently if an individual contributor.
- Ensure risk management and strong control practices in assigned work areas.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to address their needs.
- Communicate sensitive or complex information as required.
Eligibility
- Graduate (minimum requirement).
- Experience in banking operations or procurement industry.
- Strong analytical abilities with understanding of broader business objectives.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Customer-facing experience.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework, and Barclays policies.
- Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Team player with the ability to work proactively.
- Desirable: Commerce graduate, knowledge of P2P cycle, Coupa, portfolio management, and reporting experience.
