Details of the Job/Internship

InnovaESI is hiring for the position of Legal Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for legal technology solutions.
• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of legal systems, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), NDA workflows, and obligation management platforms.
• Translate complex legal and business needs into detailed technical and functional specifications.
• Drive the design, configuration, testing (UAT/SIT), and deployment of scalable and compliant legal tech solutions.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless system integration and performance.
• Evaluate and recommend legal technology platforms, including AI-based solutions for contract analysis, compliance tracking, and legal research.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline legal workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Support change management initiatives, training, and user adoption during rollout phases.
• Provide insights and contribute to broader digital transformation and legal innovation strategies.

Eligibility

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on legal technology, legal operations, or enterprise system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM), NDA processing, obligation tracking, and compliance workflows.
• Hands-on experience with legal technology tools such as Icertis, DocuSign CLM, ContractWorks, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools for contract review, compliance monitoring, or legal research.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with legal, compliance, and IT teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical approach.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, or a related field.
