TechDoQuest is hiring for the position of Legal Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Partner with legal, compliance, IT, and senior leadership to gather and analyze business requirements for legal tech initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of legal technology platforms, including CLM systems, NDA repositories, and obligation management tools.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to design scalable, efficient, and compliant legal solutions.
• Facilitate effective communication with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and progress.
• Participate in vendor evaluation and selection for legal tech tools and platforms.
• Oversee the configuration, testing (UAT/SIT), and rollout of legal systems, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
• Identify and drive opportunities to streamline legal operations, enhance compliance, and improve efficiency through automation and technology.
• Support change management and user training initiatives as part of deployment processes.
• Contribute to broader digital transformation and process improvement strategies across the legal and compliance functions.

Eligibility

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on legal technology and enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM), NDA workflows, obligation management, and compliance processes.
• Proven experience with legal tech platforms such as Icertis, DocuSign CLM, ContractWorks, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools in legal operations, including contract review AI, compliance monitoring, and legal research platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Prior experience working with legal departments or legal operations teams is highly desirable.
