Enterslice Private Limited is hiring a Legal Business Consultant with 0–2 years of experience to join its office in Sector-60, Noida. This is a full-time role involving business development and client engagement. The position includes generating new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, understanding client requirements, and proposing suitable business, legal, and compliance solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
• Handling inbound and outbound sales calls and explaining company services to potential clients.
• Understanding client requirements and proposing suitable business, legal, and compliance solutions.
• Maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Following up on leads and closing deals within defined timelines.
• Preparing proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand compliance-related services, with training provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.
• Experience in B2B sales or consulting services preferred.
• Knowledge of company registration, GST, licensing, or compliance services preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and cold calling preferred.

Salary/Stipend
