Details of the Job/Internship

HDFC Life is looking for candidate for the position of Legal business Partner.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Legal Business Partner will be responsible for providing legal support and advice, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, managing legal disputes, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• The role also involves conducting legal research, staying updated on industry trends and changes in legislation, and assisting in the development of legal policies and procedures.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
• Experience in contract drafting and review
• Ability to provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Sound understanding of insurance laws and regulations
• Experience in managing legal disputes
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Postgraduate degree in Law or relevant specialization is a plus
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred

Salary/Stipend
