Details of the Job/Internship
Novonesis is hiring a Legal Business Partner with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join its office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise and support the Planetary Health business across India, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Support the Regional President and MEIA leadership team on high-priority legal matters.
- Develop, negotiate, and interpret commercial and collaborative contracts.
- Handle disputes and provide strategic legal advice on business matters.
- Collaborate with global legal teams, business stakeholders, and management.
- Ensure legal compliance and effective risk mitigation.
Eligibility
- Law degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Experience in commercial law and contract drafting is preferred.
- Knowledge of competition law and intellectual property law is an advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize based on impact and value.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and international work environment.
