Bush & Bush Law Group is hiring a Legal Case Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their team in a remote role. The role involves managing client cases throughout the litigation lifecycle, coordinating with attorneys and stakeholders, maintaining compliance with deadlines, and ensuring efficient and accurate case management from initial client contact through resolution.

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage client cases throughout the litigation lifecycle, including intake, discovery, trial preparation, and resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing case updates and addressing queries.
• Work closely with attorneys to prepare legal documents, organise evidence, and support case strategies.
• Monitor compliance with court deadlines, statutes of limitations, and internal timelines.
• Assist in preparing discovery responses and legal pleadings.
• Maintain organised and accurate case files and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between clients, experts, and other stakeholders.
• Research relevant case laws, statutes, and regulations to support case strategy.
• Assist in trial preparation, including organising exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client service focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary/Stipend
