Details of the Job/Internship

Webnyay is hiring a Legal Case Manager with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Noida. The Case Manager will be responsible for facilitating effective communication and coordination among all parties involved in dispute resolution processes, ensuring smooth and efficient resolution of cases.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the lifecycle of multiple cases, from initiation to resolution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for parties involved, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Manage and organise case-related documents, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
• Assist parties in navigating the online dispute resolution platform and address technical queries.
• Collaborate with legal and tech teams to improve the dispute resolution process.
• Regularly update case status and prepare reports for internal review.
• Gather feedback from users to enhance the user experience and contribute to system improvements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of similar experience.
• Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning new software and platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Basic understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
