The Law Offices of Mary Kennedy, LLC is hiring a Legal Caseworker to join their remote team in India. This full-time role involves working the evening shift (8:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST) and handling case management, client communication, and support for immigration-related matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage immigration cases and interact with clients professionally.
• Draft technical and time-sensitive documents with precision.
• Communicate effectively via email with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Utilize AI tools for document drafting, while demonstrating independent comprehension and writing skills.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or relevant professional immigration experience.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check.
• Strong reading and writing skills (B2–C1 CEFR level).
• Prior experience in immigration law is a plus (training will be provided).

Salary/Stipend

Rs.30,000/- to Rs.40,000/-
