Law Offices of Mary Kennedy is hiring for the position of Legal Caseworker to join their Chennai office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Caseworker will be responsible for handling interpersonal client interactions, managing cases, and communicating effectively with clients. The role involves providing case management and casework services to assist with immigration matters.

Eligibility

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong reading comprehension and writing skills at a B2-C1 level (as per CEFR standards).
• Ability to write technical and time-sensitive documents with accuracy, ensuring no typos or errors.
• Professional email communication, as you will interact with individuals from various countries and backgrounds.
• Knowledge of U.S. immigration law is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
• Effectively use AI tools for drafting documents while also ensuring the ability to comprehend and write responses independently before relying on such tools.
