TeamLease RegTech is hiring for the position of Legal CES to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve client queries related to the Compliance Reporting Tool on a daily basis.
- Maintain records of client queries and reporting obligations.
- Deliver training sessions to clients on effective usage of the Compliance Tool.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve tool-related issues and ensure smooth engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to innovate and streamline compliance services.
- Ensure a client’s needs are met proactively while fostering long-term engagement.
- Travel occasionally, as required, for training or client interactions.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of legal compliance frameworks and programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office with strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail to evaluate compliance queries.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- Proactive work style – anticipating issues and identifying process improvements.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
