INDALI Law Partners is hiring a Court Clerk with 1–3 years of experience to join their litigation team in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- File, inspect, and collect documents from courts, tribunals, and government departments.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are updated.
- Assist advocates in listing matters and scheduling hearings.
- Attend court hearings and maintain records of proceedings, orders, and dates.
- Liaise with court officials, registry staff, and authorities for filings and certified copies.
- Deliver and collect documents from clients, offices, and authorities as required.
- Support the litigation team with day-to-day case management and logistics.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Graduate or 12th pass with relevant court experience.
- 1–3 years of experience as a court clerk or office runner in a law firm or with an advocate.
- Good knowledge of filing procedures, registry processes, and case listing systems in Delhi courts.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, PDF handling, document scanning).
- Reliable, punctual, and organized with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various courts and tribunals in and around Delhi.
