Details of the Job/Internship

Cloud Integrator  is hiring a Business Systems Analyst – Legal & CLM Systems with 5–7 years of overall experience to join their team remotely.

Role and Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and provide ongoing support for Legal and CLM platforms.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to support business requirements.
• Manage system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Support day-to-day operations of legal technology systems.

Eligibility

• 5–7 years of overall experience with 3–4+ years supporting legal systems.
• Mandatory experience with Exterro, Diligent Entities, CounselLink, Kodex, Ironclad CLM, and DocuSign CLM.
• Experience with legal technology platforms and enterprise systems.
• Optional experience with tools such as iManage, LexisNexis, Authentic8, DocuSign eSignature, SecureDocs, Litera Compare, Bodhala, MaxVal Symphony, Quorum Analytics, Better Regulation, or similar platforms is preferred.
