Details of the Job/Internship
BDO India is hiring a Lead – CLM Implementation (Manager) with experience of 5–12 years to join their office in Mumbai (Dadar).
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for end-to-end CLM implementation initiatives.
- Gather and translate legal and contracting requirements into system specifications.
- Collaborate with legal, digital, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Configure workflows for contract authoring, review, approval, execution, and renewal.
- Manage implementation timelines, risks, testing, and go-live readiness.
- Drive user training, documentation, and change management.
- Provide post-implementation support and recommend improvements.
Eligibility
- 5–12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong understanding of legal processes and contract lifecycle management.
- Experience with CLM platforms such as SirionLabs, Icertis, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, etc.
- Experience in legal, consulting, or professional services environments.
- Ability to collaborate across legal, business, and technical teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience as implementation lead, product owner, or business analyst (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP integrations, and workflow automation (preferred).
- Project management or implementation certifications (preferred).
