Kogta Financial (India) Ltd. is hiring a Legal Collection Manager – MSME with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Bhopal.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and efficient collections from delinquent customers in the assigned area.
- Drive collection efficiency across assigned products and locations.
- Execute regular follow-ups and field visits for overdue accounts.
- Liaise with legal and law enforcement authorities for the resolution of chronic/default accounts.
- Handle a team of collections executives.
- Manage field teams or recovery agents.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to handle high-pressure scenarios with customers and team members.
- Understand financial documents and reporting.
- Have field experience in portfolio management and overdue collections (ID & ED cases).
- Have a basic understanding of legal aspects related to recovery.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, especially in collections.
