Details of the Job/Internship
Vishal Mega Mart is hiring a Legal professional with 3-6 years of experience in property law, focusing on property due diligence, commercial contracts, and lease agreements, to work at their Gurgaon office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough property due diligence, ensuring compliance with ownership and legal requirements.
- Review and analyze title documents, sale deeds, revenue records, building sanction plans, and other property-related documentation.
- Draft, prepare, and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and lease deeds with precision.
- Advise on key clauses in commercial contracts, ensuring they safeguard the organization’s legal and commercial interests.
- Stay updated with changes in property laws, including the Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, and other local land regulations.
- Ensure that all property documentation meets legal standards and statutory requirements.
Eligibility
- B.A. LLB from a reputed college or university.
- 3-6 years of PQE in property law.
- Strong understanding of real estate and property laws in India.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
