Details of the Job/Internship
Bizom is hiring a Legal & Company Secretarial Manager with 5+ years of experience to join them in Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing the contract process from initiation to closure.
- Negotiating with Customers/ vendors for contracts and agreements.
- Advising internal teams on legal matters.
- Liaisoning with external counsel for litigation matters.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act.
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the Company.
- Coordinating our general meetings.
- Drafting minutes / notice / agendas, annual filings, etc.
- Maintaining Document Repository.
Eligibility
- LLB and 5+ years of experience working in a contract management role
- Experience as a legal advisor on corporate matters.
- Experience in SaaS companies.
- A Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretary of India with experience in secretariat matters for at least 3 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
